i discovered this problem too, and poked around in cookies.sqlite. there is indeed an entry for the tiddlywiki cookie, but it has a blank baseDomain filed in its row. and here lies the problem. ccleaner can't list a cookie with no baseDomain. it seems like out of the firefox-ccleaner-tiddlywiki

If you set the SiteURL tiddler to contain a url - I have www.masterdbv4.lasource.com.au even though this is not a live address will that help the browser put a domain to it ? I use the cookjar using CookieManagerPlugin for persistent Cookies across and between browsers ! Regards Tony TonyM
