How do I change the background color of the Tag Box on the right top of
the tiddler, when the mouse is over the tiddler?
Have a look at the shadowtiddler: [[StyleSheetColors]]
Copy lines starting with .tagging ie.:
.tagging, .tagged {border:1px solid [[ColorPalette::TertiaryPale]];

I think you should create new threads for you questions - chances are
that more TWWizards responds to them, and it gets much easier to
search for answers later on :-)
