Sorry, to clarify By Published is this just a hack in TobiBeer's TiddlyWiki
we are looking at or has he packaged it as a Plugin or macro? I would call
a plugin or macro you can take Published.

You see a title and under that title a ">>", that is the content of the
summary field in the tiddler with the above title.
It is a difficult example to understand, at least it is for me, but to get
closer to understanding I think you need to look at the fields in the
linked example tiddlers.

$:/core/ui/ViewTemplate/title is displaying the title
