How do I find: All tiddlers where TITLE contains word 1 (anywhere in the title) but tiddler is not TAGGED with word 2
I saved a lot of book quotes in separate tiddlers that each had "QUOTE" somewhere in the title, but I forgot to tag some of them with the word "quote". For instance, I made a tiddler titled "2020.08.26.1036 QUOTE - Thomas Sowell - A Personal Odyssey - (particular sentence best characterizing the whole quote reproduced in the text of the tiddler)" but forgot to tag it with "quote".
