There are I believe dozens of approaches to this, and it depends on your
end use of the resulting tiddlers.
TiddlyWiki does not understand word Documents however; Word can save as
many formats, that may suit you, try a few.
If you want to simply include and display the document, perhaps

Also I thin I had such a question in the past - and if I remember correctly
it is not possible.
But, I think you should open a new discussion for that otherwise the wise
folk of Tiddlywiki world might not see your question.
