Many thanks to all, I am working my way through the suggestions - I am also looking at the code in the system tiddler $:/Manager ( when used as tag manager ) for inspiration as to how to automatically list all my tags and to create a view for each tag if clicked. On Saturday, 29 August 2020

Jon, There are many ways to achieve something like this. Default tiddlers can be used to load something at the top every time but another way is to use the special tiddler $:/config/EmptyStoryMessage
