Hello, I'm a newbie with Tiddlywiki, I'd like to understand how to create macro, I find some material but I dont'understand how to create and invoke them. Can you tell me in few words how to create and set-up a tiddler in order to use a macro ? i.e.: I'd like to use the following macro

Hello, I like TW5 but I'm not able to find a step by step tutorial that can help a newbie to use Tiddlywiki i.e. with macros. Can someone suggest me a website with tutorial, about macro I read help on https://tiddlywiki.com/ but I don't understand how to create and invoke a macro. Thanks.
