Hi Jan, have a look at: http://tiddlywiki.com/#SystemTags BelowStory So if you tag a tiddler: $:/tags/BelowStory it will be shown below the story river.
eg: tiddler: belowStory tagged: $:/tags/BelowStory <div class="tc-tiddler-frame"> <$transclude tiddler="footnote" mode=block> </div> ------- Your footnote tiddler contains the content.
