For that example you would use a conditional view template.
Make a tiddler with the tag: $:/tags/ViewTemplate
add a field called 'list-after' with the contents
'$:/core/ui/ViewTemplate/title'
in the text field put
<$list filter='[is[current]tag[task]]'>
<$checkbox tag='done'>Finished
