there's an interesting tool from Autodesk on the ipad that would be interesting to try out, Vectorise it [1]. A potential workflow could be 1) draw your diagram element on paper 2) photograh it 3) vectorise 4) email to to your self 5) cut and paste into tiddler 6) use in ib transcusion or CSS
