In my experience, TiddlyDesktop 0.0.13 is able to saving TWCs all the way
back to v2.4.0. TWCs v2.3.0 and older are not. Anyhow, I've updated all my
old TWC to v3.1.9b and I think this is the way to go.

Jeremy, ok, that makes sense that it is a bug. tiddlydesktop is a bit buggy
sometimes.
