A TiddlyWiki *plugin* is actually a container for multiple tiddlers. Thus,
when you drag-and-drop a plugin to your tiddlywiki, it will only show that
one "top level summary tiddler" in the import list. For most plugins you
need to save-and-reload after importing in order for the plugin to actually
be unpacked and all its "parts" installed.
