hi tony, i obtain my "offline version" by entering https://tiddlywiki.com/empty.html in my web browser, then i click "Save changes" to save it (the "empty edition") on my hard drive. and, then re-open that file saved file, open the "plugins" tab in the "Control panel", hit the "Get more plugins"
