I installed tiddlyfox as part of my yearly maintenance of my TiddlyWiki and
now the newTiddler macro is failing.
Previously, when I ran that (via another tiddler) an edit window would open
up and I would save it after whatever I wanted to type in it. But now
nothing happens!

So I am seeing the same problem occurring with both node v0.10.17 ... and
it looks like v0.10.21 was just released, so I tried that version as well
and get the same result.
So I stepped back through the most recent commits, and this is the commit
where the problem is introduced:
