On earth. In the birds it's 10.2299543 MHz.
Actually it is closer to 10.229954326 MHz... but only measured as
such when the bird is on ground.
This adjustment is done just before launch to compensate for the fact
that the gravitational

Have tried to search google with SLCET-TR-85-0445-F and searched NTIS

Any one else got an idea where to find Advanced Crystal Oscillator Design By

Gents,
I just received a message from the local Symmetricom rep that they ARE
working on a solution!
No dates are given but there will be a fix... i.e. new E-Proms.
Cheers

I got an e-mail from the local rep of Symmetricom... and he
acknowledged that Symmetricom ARE working on new f/w for
the 9390-6000. No timeframe or any other information was given at the
time, but I am confident we will have a set of
E-Proms with new f/w pretty soon.

I'm still curious to hear if anyone else is seeing the same ~1E-10 error in
their 9390's 10 MHz output. I don't really care that much about the
front-panel clock, but the fact that it seems to be locking the rubidium
oscillator at the wrong frequency is more of a concern.

The Garmin 18 LVC is a useful low cost way to get 1PPS and the UTC time.
The new replacement of the 18 is the 18X, which has an amazing 20 dB
in RF sensitivity over the 18, which makes indoor experiments a lot
easier.
However one issue that I recently uncovered is worth mentioning -
