I think I have tried pretty much every suggestion everyone has given me, and probed every pin I was told to. If I had a digital storage scope life would be much easier, but I'm doing the best I can with what I got. Still trying to track down my problem, it seems like the counter at U4 is resetting

Checked that today, getting 315.5KHz (A&A Board - P3 pins 1&2 jumpered). I pulled all the chips, just to make sure I didn't have any bent/broken pins. Reflowed every pin on the board so there would be no doubt in my mind that there were any bad joints. Replaced chips Same problem I've been hav
