I have a FE-5680A that goes through a normal start cycle and the PLL locks. 
If I interrupt power after the temperature has stabilized, the PLL will not 
relock. I assume the VCXO has drifted out of the PLL lock range but is still 
within the PLL hold range. Does anyone know what is the correct solvent for 
the goop applied to C217 - the crystal trimmer?
