Well teh next step would be to pull the receiver out of the case and do
some probing. But since I have just gotten it to work I may let it cook a
bit before I go digging.
The great news is the oscillator is 5 Mhz. So even if you have to double it
thats not to bad.

Since the seller was nice enough to extend a great warranty on these, I figure
