[time-nuts] Lady Heather on Laptop

I am using a dedicated fast pro9cessor laptop but Lady heather seems to slo9w down and every 20-30 seconds I can see it race through the seconds to catch up. Is this normal behavior? I have searched and cannot find any other background programs running except perhaps antivirus. This is on

That type of behavior is almost always related to the driver for the USB converter.--I am using a dedicated fast pro9cessor laptop but Lady heather seems to slo9w down and every 20-30 seconds I can see it race through the seconds to catch up.
