A full blown 3048 has (at least) two spectrum analyzers, a DVM, and a
counter. The basic system gets by doing the counter and DVM stuff with the
3561. Unless you have a DVM and counter hooked up to the system, you will not

Does anyone have a download link for the Seistek PN3048 phase noise
software, or details about contacting the author?
I'd like to use it to configure my 11848A, although I don't know how far
I'll get without having a 3561A (just an 8568B).
