I suspect the XO module in my RFTG setup is defective, so I'd like to
find another one. It needs to be the L106A (not B) version to mate
with my -RB (L105A) unit.
Anyone have one they'd like to sell? Or, failing that, one I could
borrow to test in my system?
Thanks!

I'm not sure what's going on. I ran my XO/RB pair for 30 days, using
the official interconnect cable with the monitoring software
indicating no problems. I took phase data from the RB output via the
TSC and fed it into Stable32 (by the way, with a 20 second timeout, the

Hi:
I've got the Datum 4065B Cesium Time and Frequency standard locked and the
alarm light is off, but it doesn't want to accept the date time input.
Is there some trick to getting it set?

From what you have found so far, it appears this assembly is
intended to operate from a DC supply of 24 volts.
The 9 pin connector will almost certainly be a standard serial port
which means all inputs and outputs, including the 24 volt DC supply,

Unless they are rack mounted, you don't need to turn them off to
check what interface you have:

The unit is able to track satellites (after a very long time) but it seems the
unit is non-Y2k compliant and the OCXO seems to drift several seconds a day.?
Does anyone have any information or any advice for
Hi Folks
I have shelved the idea of building my time server with a single board
PC for the time being - putting together a case, PSU, etc., and doing an
install with no monitor (would have to make an adapter) is just too much
like hard work.
I have a choice of a couple of Ultrasparc boxes
