I saw that it was 10:35 in New York but in Adelaide it was 1:05 PM and in
New Delhi 8:05.

Adelaide (South Australia) has a half hour time difference to Eastern
Australian Time. These things are caused by having a Federation of States
where the States make their own laws about time.

You get used to it. I'm in South Australia but most of my clients are
in the Eastern States - it's no more confusing than when I was living in
England and dealing with

For cooridinationg contacts you use GMT or Zula time. So it doesn't matter
what local time is.
