The error message in question came from the IPCONN::connect() method in ipconn.cpp. That particular code (11004) is returned by gethostbyname() when it fails to resolve a DNS name. Normally, when Heather tries to connect to the test server, gethostbyname() is used to turn "ke5fx.dyndns.org"
