When you say time synchronisation hardware and Software do you mean NTP
compatible or any hardware that will provide time. If the latter, then the
list is a very long one indeed. Not sure that such a list exists, but
interested to see what others come back with.

it. Stratum 0 has been used in discussions I have seen from people at Datum
and TrueTime to represent a GPS/NTP reference, but realistically I believe
that it should be labelled as Stratum 1.
Would humbly suggest you take a look at www.ntp.org for more information.
