Greetings Time Nuts,
I read the message below and made a trip to my closest OLLIE's store in
Harrisonburg, VA. I found the book with the assistance of the book area
manager and purchased it. They now have 5 left in Harrisonburg. If you are
interested in the book and have an OLLIE'S nearby it

Greetings to the time nuts,
I recently purchased this counter from Ebay. I don't have any connection
with the seller. It looks brand new. It is the only HP item that I now
have that is in current production.

Greetings to all time nuts.
I have several HP 5335A counters and am really impressed by them. One has
an error code (4.6) displayed on startup and I have not got that sorted out
yet.
FWIW: Last Saturday I noticed that the Ebay seller testgearnation had 3 HP
5335A counters for sale (CONUS only)
Greetings,
Actually it requires TWO light bulbs in series (or one bulb with a twice the
voltage rating). They usually use TWO standard bulbs in series for EACH
phase line. This gives an immediate indication that the phase rotation is
correct.
I have actually seen it done about 12 years ago to
Perrier,
Can you advise where one might obtain a copy of the Bill Feldman users guide
for the HP 3586B SLV? I have one of these units and need all of the help I
can get. Is it available as a PDF anywhere?
Good luck with the move.

Greetings,
I have used the longitudinal compression F connectors for some time now with
several GPS units and RG-6 cable. They certainly appear to be waterproof
and quite sturdy. Not inexpensive but very serviceable. I found a kit with

I have been using RG-6 for several years now.
LOWES building supply in the US has longitudially

Greetings,
I have acquired a HP 3810A Total Station surveying instrument that is need
of some TLC. I have looked in many places for a service manual for this
unit. If you know of the location of one please send an email to me at:

Ron,
I would certainly be interested in any conversion scheme that you come up
with. I have 2 117's and hope to get them operational sooner rather than
later. -:)

Good evening Bob,
That is a nice chassis. I have a large box set aside for the David

Thanks for the info on the BCD switch.
I found a power supply at Marlin P Jones (www.mpja.com) that is very small
and appears to fit the bill.

Greetings,
I may be missing something here but when you receive a signal in the AM mode
the audio is derived from the transmitted carrier. Even if your local osc
moves around the audio is generated from the difference between the
transmitted carrier and the audio sidebands.

Greetings,
Thanks to all that responded regarding the Option 40.
I guess that now I will have to look for a GBIB card and cable. So many
projects, so little time.
I could use a display cover for the digital display on the 5335A if anyone
has a parts unit with one available.
