I have updated my GPSMonitor firmware project.

Version 0.3.3 released last year allowed to display local time, by applying the
time zone offset and the GPS offset (15 seconds at the time). However, GPS
offset was hard coded, so it would require a reflash after a leap second.

Version 0.3.4 collects the GPS offset from the message sent by the Thunderbolt,
so that there will not be a need to update the firmware.

Of course, you can also display GPS time if you prefer, like the original
firmware did.

Also, version 0.3.4 takes advantage of the 20 x 2 character display like the
one used by fluke.l (ebay) and indicates the time reference to the right of the
date. Version 0.3.4 is compatible with the 16 x 2 displays, you just don't get
that information.

I am working on a new feature to be able to program the time zone from a PC via
the serial port and save the data to EEPROM or to the chip's flash, but that
may take a while as I have other things planned first.
