Hi Paul, This one isn't a GPSDO, AFAIK. It looks like a stand-alone tape controller that accepts either SLO code or IRIG input. I see that this question was asked in 2008 and 2009, also. Just checking to see if anything new has come to light. Ideally I'd like to find a service manual but a simple operating manual would be of some help.
