Looking at the sinewave output on a spectrum analyzer, I am getting 2nd
harmonic
suppression of ~46 dB and other spurious to 1 GHz at least 50 dB down.

I hope you don't want to use the "sine wave" output of these units. It is
awful... even with the recommended filer cap it looks like something a mangy
cat would cough up. Sort of goes along with the First Law of Rubidium
Standards... the smaller the standard, the worse the performance.

I need it to connect to a RS-232 port on the computer for programming
