I now believe my T-bolt is operating correctly.
Upon power-up the cooled T-bolt draws about 700mA on the +12 supply until
the oscillator warms up. I also misunderstood the temperature sensor and the
temperature displays on the LH software

I recently purchased a ThunderBolt on eBay. I believe the T-Bolt's oscillator
oven is not operating correctly. But, having never used a T-Bolt or Lady
