Hi Ok, so if it’s an 8 pin base you have: 1) unknown, 4.6 K to ground 2) ground 3) ground 4) unknown, cap? 5) ground 6) unknown, cap? 7) ground 8) unknown ,cap? Next thing to check is pin 1 to 4,6,8. After that 4 to 6 and 8, finally 6 to 8. You *may* have a unit with a floating / isolated
