At the moment I am a little bit busy with QRL here. So I can do a more
thorough test only in next days.
For the moment I had only a quick look and would like to make some small
comments which may be helpful.

a few more things:
- QTC serial and numbers will send only when there aren't any QTC
lines marked as sent; It means if you delete all sent mark, the
QTC serial and number will send again at next time, when you
start to sent the QTC's

I didn't know as much time as I would have liked effort required
to WAEDC-QTC patch, but now I think the part of code is ready to
test it.
