A new TLF minor maintenance and bugfix release is available at

It is a minor maintenance release which corrects some bugs
found by different people in last months and adds some new features.
New features:
- Reduce minimal livetime for bandmap

a discrepancy in the license boilerplate (this is from changepars.c,
