Just a quickie.
Firstly, thank you for tmux. It's a great addition to my tool set. I
have been using it for a while but only recently got round to pimping it
up a bit.
I have a question about pane numbers which I first posted on Reddit but
couldn't get an answer. The question is why

Unfortunately I don't have the backtrace anymore, I was busy and the
easiest thing at the time was to revert it, it was definitely under
grid_view_insert_cells and I couldn't see anything obvious.
I only saw it very occasionally and never managed to reproduce - I know
it was crashing
