Open windows when starting session

Hi, I want to open some windows by default when I start tmux. I have the following in .tmux.conf: neww -d neww -d -n ssh neww -d -n python ipython When starting tmux, I get the error can't establish current session. However, I can then run command `source-file ~/.tmux.conf`, and
