 Hi all,

I want to copy the tab character from tmux, but it turned out to be spaces.
If I go into copy-mode, I navigate to the tab, and it's space.

I've checked it's not my shell, terminal.
 Have anyone encountered this?

 I'm using tmux 1.9a.

Correct. I believe this is what xterm does.

As far as tmux is concerned, tabs are spaces, you can't copy them as
tabs.
