I would like to see tn5250j enhanced to first look in the jar file for the 
sessions and the keymap 
files. This would enable new users to start using it immediately without any 
configuration needed on 
their end. This would be especially beneficial when the user is on Windows 
where simple remote 
administration (ie ssh) is not available.

The behavior should probably work like this:
1. read resource file (sessions or keymap) from jar file first
2. read local resource file (if it exists) second
3. if duplicate entries exist then the value from the local resource file "wins"
4. Do not write entries read from the jar file into the local files.
