[toaster] 0.9.1 version

I upgraded the toaster version to 0.9.1 to reflect a few changes:

1) Upgrade to ClamAV 0.90.2
2) New Spanish translation - tnx Abel Lucano and also Ingo Carlo!
3) One fix, an updated courier-authlib patch
