[toaster] simscan error message

Just installed latest toaster
My smtp log is showing 
simscan: connect error 2

This appears to be generated by line 2370 of simscan.c
simscan-1.3.1.shupp2

my C coding skills aren't up to figuring out what this is doing, Clamav 
appears to be catching viruses fine and all appears to be well

Yeah, I believe it's a simscan issue, and it's nothing to worry about. 
Just ignore it.
