Hello, i have build vpopmail with --enable-spamassasin=yes but in my installation spamd is running via socket, spamc called by vdelivermail search for spamd in 127.0.0.1: Oct 17 16:56:53 mail18 spamc[26973]: connect to spamd on 127.0.0.1 failed, retrying (#1 of 3): Connection refused Oct 17 16:56:54 mail18 spamc[26973]: connect to spamd on 127.0.0.1 failed, retrying (#2 of 3): Connection refused Oct 17 16:56:55 mail18 spamc[26973]: connect to spamd on 127.0.0.1 failed, retrying (#3 of 3): Connection refused Oct 17 16:56:56 mail18 spamc[26973]: connection attempt to spamd aborted after 3 retries I haven't find any options like in simscan for spamc-args, how can i edit this? Some ISP use this trick like antispam solution: http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/OtherTricks But the wiki page says that with qmail remote server you can have some problem. And in fact i have find that qmail in some situations is unable to delivery the email in this situations. Why? Is qmail that have problem with the RFC? Or this trick the problem? Hello, i'm using vpopmail with the configure option --enable-learn-passwords and works fine with pop3 (with daemon from qmail-pop3d) but with IMAP (from courier) wan't works. Is there a way for using coureir-imap with option --enable-learn-passwords in the toaster? Thanks

Hello i have upgrade my vpopmail 5.4.17 to 5.4.18+shupp patch I'm interesting in the add_alias function of vpopmaild added in the version 5.4.18. But whe i try to add an alias (i'm log into vpopmaild like [EMAIL PROTECTED]) i have this error: add_alias [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] -ERR 0901 not authorized Where is the problem?

Only if a set with vmoduser -S ( grant system administrator privileges - access all domains ) to [EMAIL PROTECTED] i can add/remove alias, but for all domains. There is a way to ability the postmaster to add/remove alias only for his domain? If we want use vpopmaild for remote control of a domain this function (add_alias) is very important. Thanks
