It's a problem not to know when an email is rejected by SPF, this patch
resolvs this issue.
Applied cleanly after toaster 0.7.2-patch, running in production.

reference for edit /usr/lib/courier-imap/etc/imapd.cnf
and /usr/lib/courier-imap/etc/pop3d.cnf for change default values for
self-signed X.509 key.
