http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=32261 Summary: Specify Destination of Merged web.xml from JspC Task Product: Tomcat 5 Version: 5.0.27 Platform: PC OS/Version: Windows XP Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P2 Component: Jasper AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] It would be really nice to be able to specify the destination of the merged web.xml from the JspC task. I think I could optimize the way the JspC task and the War task interact. I'd like to minimize the amount of copying I have to do, and I think I can help the situation by specifying where to write the new web.xml after merging. Currently, it creates a web2.xml, writes to it, and then copies it over the old web.xml.
