Description:
I just downloaded Tomcat 3.2.1 and try to access localhost:8080/index.html and get the 
following error on every access.

Ctx(  ): IOException in: R(  + /index.html + null) socket write error (code=10053)

Not sure if it is a bug or I am not doing something right?
