Are you using commons-daemon-1.0 or HEAD for jsvc? There is also a fix for
a nasty bug with jsvc in the CVS.

Hi,
I've made and committed the changes to jakarta-tomcat-5/NOTICE, so we're
all set for the release as far as the license requirements are
concerned.

Hi,

>It's jakarta-tomcat-5.

OK, will put there.

>So what kind of statements go in NOTICE ?

Short, for example:

"Regular expression support is provided by the PCRE library package,
which is open source software, written by Philip Hazel, and copyright
by the University of Cambridge, England. The original software is
available from
   ftp://ftp.csx.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/programming/pcre/";

So for us it might be
"Java Management Extensions (JMX) support is provided by the MX4J
package, which is open source software. The original software as well
as the list of developers is available at http://mx4j.sourceforge.net.";

That's it for MX4J. A similar thing for NSIS. So two more paragraphs
in our NOTICE file and we're all set license-wise.

It's jakarta-tomcat-5.
