dos xml files in 4.1.12

Hi,

I have noted that some files of the 
http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat-4.0/release/v4.1.12/bin/jakarta-tomcat-4.1.12.tar.gz
are in msdos format.
For example:
webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/web.xml
but others are OK like:
conf/tomcat-users.xml

Any ideas what could have go wrong?
