2 more things before we can freeze it:
- Finish the shm object and get worker_lb to update automatically based
on the shared memory ( plus tomcat to register itslef and a tool to
add/remove/set workers ).

test the JNI
channel ? It should be working with 3.3 or 4.0, but not 4.1.
