Seems we made a consensus after all :) Sorry if my recent release policy was seen as too fuzzy. The tarballs for 1.2.13 will be released on Monday with no 'released' statement. Something like: 'JK 1.2.13 tarballs available for testing' should be fine thought.
I'll also remove the 1.2.11 and 1.2.12 distros today, since they are broken, as OtherBill suggested.
The 1.2.13 will be available for couple of weeks for testing and bug fixing (no features adding), and we'll be aiming towards 1.2.14 release, because the users seems to accept the odd/even release policy.
