Root App does not have a servlet. The page accessed is a static html page
ROOT/index.html.
Then verify whether index.html file along with 3 image files is available at
location ROOT app.

We have not done any change to the application during server restart. We
tried to deploy the application from the WAR file again and we are facing
the NoClassDefFoundError.
