Is Tomcat currently, or in a future version intended to be a full J2EE
container?

I realize that this only responds to point 1 of your email, but hopefully it

I am having difficulty finding either mod_jk or mod_webapp to connect Apache
1.3.x to Tomcat 4.1. If anybody could send a URL or info I would greatly
