Strange Tomcat http behaviour

Hello, I'm using TC4.1.12 on W2K and I'm using the HTTP port 8080 from Tomcat as the webserver. Now I've got a webpage with 4 frames where in all 4 frames the same jsp-page is being loaded but with different page parameters. Now the strange thing is that sometimes I get the wrong jsp-page in a fra
