Could someone clearly explain me
how exactly tomcat 5.0.28 handles
character encodings in requests.
Especialy I'm interested in method POST character handling.
Recently I've posted question about that
but didn't get answer so i did
little more investigation
and tested tomcat 5.0.28 with jdk 1.4
